Whilst on garden leave

I have been very busy resolving the pressing problems currently facing the G8 ~~G12~~ ~~G20~~ G... oh I don't know. How many bloody nations are there now?

*walks off muttering*

The ICCPR recognizes the right to freedom of speech as "the right to hold opinions without interference. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression". Furthermore freedom of speech is recognized in European, inter-American and African regional human rights law.
